Ruth is a gardening expert, writer, speaker, workshop host, author and meditation creator.

Over the twenty years of building a nursery and garden centre with her husband Paul, she has been privileged to pot up, weed and prune thousands of plants and has been blessed to have built relationships with many wonderful customers.

Ruth has loved sharing how to tend to plants and create a garden but while doing so has discovered that with this connection with nature, flowers and the earth comes a better understanding of ourselves.  Flowers provide a safe space to nurture our own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Ruth is coming along with her husband, and bringing some plants from their Nursery.
